Summary

iiniit Summarizer billing is managed through iiniit's central billing system. Paid subscriptions can be canceled and refunded within 24 hours of purchase. Additional word purchases are non-refundable. We support multiple currencies (USD and BDT) and various payment methods for your convenience.

1. Billing System
  • •iiniit Summarizer uses iiniit's central billing system for all payment processing and subscription management.
  • •All transactions are processed securely through our centralized payment infrastructure.
  • •Your billing information and payment history are managed through your iiniit account.
  • •You can view your billing details, invoices, and payment history in your account dashboard.
2. Subscription Plans
  • •We offer various subscription plans including free, trial, and paid tiers to suit different needs.
  • •Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) depending on the plan selected.
  • •Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • •You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
3. Payment Methods
  • •We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by iiniit's billing system.
  • •All payments are processed in a secure environment using industry-standard encryption.
  • •You can update your payment method at any time through your account settings.
  • •Failed payments may result in service interruption until the payment issue is resolved.
4. Pricing and Currency
  • •Prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollar) and BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).
  • •The applicable currency and price will be clearly shown before you complete any purchase.
  • •Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
  • •Any price changes will not affect your current billing cycle and will only apply to future renewals.
5. Word Allocation
  • •Each subscription plan includes a specific word allocation for summarization.
  • •Words are consumed based on the length of content you summarize.
  • •Unused words expire at the end of your subscription period and do not roll over unless otherwise specified in your plan.
  • •You can purchase additional words at any time based on your plan's per-word rate.
6. Cancellation Policy
  • •You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • •Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • •You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
  • •After cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan with limited features.
7. Refund Policy
  • •Subscription Refunds: You can request a full refund of your subscription payment within 24 hours of purchase.
  • •To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] within the 24-hour window.
  • •Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • •After the 24-hour window, subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period.
8. Additional Words - No Refund
  • •Additional word purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is complete.
  • •Additional words are credited to your account immediately upon purchase.
  • •Please ensure you understand your word needs before purchasing additional words.
  • •Additional words expire with your subscription period unless otherwise specified.
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
  • •If you have a billing dispute, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
  • •We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
  • •Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection actions.
  • •We reserve the right to terminate accounts associated with repeated chargebacks.
10. Taxes
  • •Prices displayed may be exclusive of applicable taxes depending on your location.
  • •You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental levies associated with your purchase.
  • •Tax amounts will be calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.
11. Changes to Payment Policy
  • •We may update this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
  • •Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service with reasonable notice.
  • •Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
